There’s a saying “If you’re lucky enough to live on the beach you're lucky enough” For close to 20 years we thought we were lucky enough. A couple of years ago we realized we needed to move closer to town and somewhere with less maintenance. We toured apartments, 55 plus housing, small houses even checked out vacant lots but no one place fit our needs. We wanted a private outdoor space, on or very close to the lake with no stairs, a 2nd bedroom and some form of security. For 2 years we searched and then we toured 47 on First. It has everything we wanted and more. Incredible views, just steps from the beach and a short two block walk to the downtown. Our own balcony, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a walk in shower) and no connecting walls to other suites. We feel it was built with us in mind and we’re still “lucky enough” We moved in one month after taking the tour and have no regrets!
